Job Summary

As the Social Media Marketing Manager at LovenFame Technologies, you will be at the forefront of our digital presence, crafting and executing innovative social media strategies to enhance our brand, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. You will oversee all social media channels, develop compelling content, and analyze performance to ensure that our social media initiatives align with our company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development:

    • Design and implement effective social media marketing strategies that align with LovenFame Technologies’ goals and objectives.
    • Set and monitor social media KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Content Creation:

    • Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
  • Campaign Management:

    • Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and user engagement.
    • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
  • Community Engagement:

    • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community around our brand.
    • Monitor social media conversations and trends to identify opportunities for engagement and brand advocacy.
  • Analytics and Reporting:

    • Analyze social media performance metrics to assess the success of campaigns and strategies.
    • Prepare and present regular reports on social media activities, insights, and ROI to the marketing team and senior management.
  • Trend Monitoring and Strategy Adjustment:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
    • Adapt strategies and tactics based on industry trends, performance data, and evolving business needs.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:

    • Work closely with the marketing team, PR, and other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.
    • Coordinate with external partners and influencers to amplify social media reach and effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing or a related role.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Skills:

    • Expertise in managing social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others.
    • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
    • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
